Got up and got after it earlyβ€”well, early for me (8 AM). Pushed myself. We're doing a high-intensity workout my trainer/bff/old college roommate calls 7 Layers of Hell.

I've been in the gym now every single day for just over one month. Not seeing much progress yet, so no progress pics. But I'm getting tons of compliments and feeling great.

Current reading: The Great Leveler: Violence and the History of Inequality from the Stone Age to the Twenty-First Century, by Walter Scheidel. Rethinking my views on economic inequality.
